The Owned Digital Workforce Platform

You generate it. You preview it. You own it. You run it.

Pricing

You pay to design your digital workers, not to run them.

There are no per-run fees and no runtime license. Each engagement is priced by the processes you automate and the systems we connect, and agreed before work begins.

How we price

Priced like a project, not a meter.

You pay for the work of designing and delivering your workers. Running them is up to you, on your own systems.

01

Design and delivery

The main engagement: we design and deliver your digital workers. It's scoped by the processes you automate and the systems we connect, agreed before work begins, and never priced per run.

02

Managed Delivery, if you want it

Ongoing help, priced as a service you choose. Or hand everything to your own engineers: every export includes the code, tests and documentation they need.

03

Updates on your schedule

When you want changes, you commission them as a project, on your timeline. There's no subscription clock running in the background.

You won't find a price table here, on purpose. Every engagement is scoped to your processes and your systems, so a generic figure wouldn't be yours. A short scoping conversation gives you a real number instead.

111
Enterprise Portals

Enterprise applications we've designed and delivered.

333
Digital Workers

Software workers that each handle one business process, delivered as source code.

17
Industries

Delivered across finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, legal, logistics, automotive and more.

Portal and worker counts are computed from our delivery records. A digital worker is software that handles one business process from start to finish, delivered as source code you own.

What you never pay for

Three costs that don't exist here.

Each one is a property of the code you receive, and your own engineers can check it.

01

No per-run fees

Many AI platforms charge each time a worker runs. Nexgile doesn't, so your bill from us doesn't grow as your workers do more.

How to verify an export
02

No runtime license

Exports are complete source code on your own infrastructure, with no license keys or activation. Your workers keep running if you stop paying us.

How to verify an export
03

No calls back to Nexgile

Exported workers don't contact Nexgile, so there's nothing for us to switch off and no usage to report.

How to verify an export

Every export includes a signed bill of materials and an offline verification script, so your engineers can check these claims on their own machines.

Where the costs are

What it costs to run a worker.

Inside a worker, rule steps run as plain code and make no AI calls, so routine decisions add nothing to your AI bill.

AI steps use a model, and that's billed by your own AI provider, at your rates, with no Nexgile fee on top. That part does grow with volume.

Before you build, every design shows its estimated cost per run, hours saved and payback, so you can reason about the cost before you sign anything.

We charge to design your workers, not to run them. A vendor with a meter earns more the more you depend on it. Our incentives point at your independence, and ongoing help is optional, on your terms.

Pricing FAQ

The questions buyers ask first.

Can't find yours? Ask us directly.

What happens if we stop working with Nexgile?

Your workers keep running. They're standard code on your own infrastructure, with no license check, no meter and no calls back to Nexgile, so there's nothing for us to switch off.

How to verify an export
How can there be no per-run fee?

Because you run the code yourself. You pay Nexgile to design and deliver the workers. After that, rule steps run as plain code with no AI calls, and AI steps are billed by your own AI provider.

How the running costs work
Why isn't there a price list?

Every engagement is scoped to your processes and your systems, so a generic figure wouldn't be yours. We'd rather give you a real number in a short scoping conversation than publish one we can't stand behind.

Talk to us about pricing
Does what we pay Nexgile change as our volume grows?

No. There's no Nexgile meter. Your AI provider's bill for AI steps does grow with volume, which is why every design shows its estimated cost per run before you build it.

Is Managed Delivery required?

No. It's optional, and priced as a service you choose. Every export includes the code, tests and documentation your own engineers need to run and maintain it.

What exactly do we own?

Everything Nx·Studio exports for a worker: a complete Python application, including the source code of the runtime it needs, plus the worker's blueprint, tests, a Dockerfile, a security threat model and a signed software bill of materials. If the worker has approval steps, you also get the reviewer inbox app. Deploy it in the cloud or on-premises, with no license key and nothing that depends on Nexgile to run.

How is Nx IDE priced?

Nx IDE is licensed separately, with a license key that's checked offline on your machine. Ask us for pricing. AI model use is billed by your own AI provider.

Get a figure for your own processes.

A short scoping conversation covers the processes you'd like to automate and the systems we'd connect, and ends with a figure that's yours.
